There are various ways of getting around the area, from train and bus, to road with excellent links to the M56, M53, A55 and M6 motorways.

Another convenient way to travel around Chester and Wales is by bus. 

Arriva Bus is the main provider and offer many routes to Wales and to Liverpool and Manchester.

If you wish to travel into Chester then a bus runs past the hotel every 15 minutes and will take you directly into the city centre.

The nearest railway station is Shotton, only 2 miles from the Gateway to Wales.

The local rail provider, Arriva Trains Wales connects Shotton station to most of the cities in Wales but also Chester, Manchester and Birmingham.

The nearest bus stops at Shotton railway station are located outside the station on Chester Road West. 

The provider Merseyrail makes the connection between the Wirral from the Hoorton railway station to Liverpool city centre. The hooton rail station is about 7 miles from the hotel – 15 minutes driving.
